GROUND SHIPPING (coffee only).  Commercial
addresses only.

JAVA ESTATE™ DELIVERS to areas within 100 miles of Holly
Ridge.  Restrictions apply. Call for
details.

• All delivery orders must be placed by noon the day before.

• A $2.50 delivery fee will apply.

• There is a $50 minimum on orders for delivery.

• There is no minimum if you choose to pick up at our Holly
Ridge location.

• All pick-ups must have a minimum 2 hour lead time.

Our free shipping program is excluded for customers within
our delivery routes. If you normally receive your orders via delivery and you
need items prior to the next delivery date, then shipping or special delivery
fees ($25) will apply.

All returns subject to 25% restocking fee and must be
returned within 30 days of purchase.

SHORTAGES & DAMAGES must be reported within 48 HOURS of
receipt.

NOTE:

BULK COFFEE is packaged in five (5) pound valve bags.

Grinding fee of 20¢ per pound.

Special packing fee of $.50 per pound if less than 5 pounds.

There will be a $32.00 service charge for all RETURNED
CHECKS.

Absolutely not! Although we would love for you to try our freshly roasted Specialty Coffee, we offer an extensive selection of coffee-related products to help you and your business thrive.

Java Estate Roastery purchases only Arabica coffee from nearly all the coffee growing countries across the globe.  These coffees are grown at higher altitudes
in tropical climates and have a more nuanced flavor than coffee grown at lower
altitudes.  The flavor profile is typically smoother and sweeter on the palate and have notes of fruit, chocolate, nuts and caramel.  All coffee purchased by Java Estate Roastery scores in the highest percentile according to the SCA Specialty Coffee Association grading system.

Simply put, yes!  We have coffee roasters that produce 10, 50, and 100 pounds at a time.  We guarantee freshness as we roast, pack, ship, and/or deliver within 48 hours of your order being placed.

Yes! We have a couple of options that can help you brand your coffee with your label.

Java Estate roasts coffee to light, medium, full city, and dark.

You can order custom roast profiles at increments of 40lbs of a particular coffee
